Hi Lee,
Adding a few lines about admin rights and UAC to the readme.txt might do the trick.
And maybe then people could start commenting the program instead of their software install woes.
Just a thought.
:)

I am shocked that those with the qualifying system requirements are having a struggle to get the software to work fully registered.

Windows NT/ 2000/ XP/ Vista <--Qualifying system requirements.

I ran activate first.

Closed it, ran software .exe then ran program, works fine.

Usually I install software first then activate.exe, didn't this time, works fine.

Pre-instructions: See below

Your user type may be Administrator, and/or named Administrator, but if UAC is enabled you must right-click Activate.exe and select "Run as Administrator" (the option with the Windows security shield in front of it). Click Allow. That should get you activated properly.

Pre-instructions: You should uninstall and then reinstall the program, but remember to uncheck that run program option at the last page of the setup. Then activate. (Most users reported that you shouldn't run the program before activating, so that's why I included the pre-instructions.)

Well the other user solved his problem just now
by (cold) restarting his computer and rerunning activate.exe and the setup of the program , using that right click option.
Maybe you should give that a try too.

Ralloway
Welcome to the forums.
Maybe you should try launching the program itself as an administrator.
Make sure to install Adobe's flash player 10 too .
(part of the installation)
