The invoice error is mentioned in the comments as well and I think we can safely assume that the problem is at Jabsoft's end of the line. I can only suggest that you send them an email, keep one eye on the GOTD blog in case there's more news and keep trying to register in case the problem gets fixed. I wish I had a better answer.

Good Luck!

Thanks g@rgoyle,

I didn't see that file...LOL!!

How silly I am??

Anyway I've just tried to register the program following the instructions of the README TXT but despite that a popup window appears whenever I insert my email and ORDER NUMBER telling me that they cannot register my copy because they have not received my invoice yet...LOL!!

So do I have now to wait a couple of hours to get the registration from the DEVELOPER of the program or I'd better to email him now describing the problem to him?

It looks like the REGISTRATION PROCEDURE doesn't recognize that my copy of the program comes from GAOTD website.

Regards

Giovanni

Regards,

Hi!!

I'm trying to register the program called "Model Analyzer for Excel" I had installed within the GAOTD period yesterday, but despite following the READ ME TEXT instructions I noticed to my great surprise that the “Register Model Analyzer for Excel” file is still not in the folder of the program saved in C:\Programs\Jabsoft (there is just a Model Analyzer for Excel XLAM file extension there which I'm not able to open).

Now since GAOTD TEAM had sent a message yesterday, promising to solve this issue in a couple of days, could you please tell me which steps I need to follow to register this software once and for all?

In fact, according to the README TEXT file enclosed inside the ZIP FILE of the program, in order to register the copy of the software users should click on
Start menu/Programs/Jabsoft/Register Model Analyser for Excel and then fill in the corresponding fields of the displayed window:

------------------------------------------------------------
Order Number: *********

E-Mail: [your own email]

The problem is that at present the window mentioned above doesn't appear to me whenever I open the "Register Model Analyser for Excel" folder (I can't see the JABSOFT program from START MENU/PROGRAMS).

Look forward to hearing from you very soon.

Giovanni
