I went through the same thing. Saw it advertised on TV and thought it might be pretty good, then ended up using Revo Uninstaller to get rid of it!

Thanks for your replies. After posting my question I shut down for the night and when I booted this a.m. I tried again to uninstall and fix the issue and this time was successful. It's amazing how you can do something several times with no success then all of a sudden it "just works".

Is that the windows live 'wave 3', which you get messenger, movie maker, blog creator,
live photo gallery etc?

If so run the executable file it was installed from and it should have an un-install feature which will remove it.

Is anyone familiar with Windows Live Add-In? If you are can you tell me how to completely uninstall the crummy thing? Hubby thought he was doing me a favor by installing it for me.......hubby has now been sent to his room with no dinner.

Anyway.....all it's done is cause problems and we used 2 different uninstallers but we just can't get rid of it. Can't delete it, can't shoot it.....UGH!!!!!

Would appreciate any help....
