The only big difference I remember is a bug in the 6.2 registry cleaner that doesn't allow you to maximize the window. Often, you've got to dump the results into an HTML file to get a good look at it.</p> <p>Warrior poet? It is an unlimited license which you can uninstall/reinstall as you please. However no updates to v6.4. <a href="http://dottech.org/freebies/4945">Click here</a> if you are interested.</p> <p>If you are worried about getting an 'obsolete' version, I evaluated the changes between v6.2 and v6.4 when v6.4 was given out; you can read it <a href="http://dottech.org/gotdreviews/4842">here</a>. If that doesn't work, if you have the original setup, try deleting the program and reinstalling using the read me info. But, there's a good chance your out of luck. GOTDs are not meant to EVER be updated, something many of us forget newer people don't always understand.
