A better deal would be The Unreal Anthology, which contains Unreal, Unreal Tournament, Unreal Tournament II and Unreal Tournament 2004. It was released by Midway in 2006 and can be bought from most computer games outlets. I bought my copy (Despite already having Unreal and UT2004) from Game UK for 7.50 but that was in a bundle with another game; (that's in British pounds); or from Amazon for $8.99. Not that the games from GOG are a rip off. I’ve already bought several from them. The difference between buying the anthology and the two from GOG is you're getting a downloadable game, so you could have it up and running within a few minutes once you've registered with the site and purchased the games.

Personally I'd highly recommend you buy the Unreal Anthology rather than the GOG offer because you're getting one of the best from the Unreal Tournament series plus the original game that started the whole thing off, which starkly contrasts with the tournament games as it's more like a WWII FPS game as opposed to a futuristc fantasy FPS. Not only that, there’s well over 50 gigabytes of downloadable mod’s and maps for Unreal Tournament 2004 available for free from sites such as fileplanet and filefront.

The latest incarnation of the game called Unreal Tournament III is already a lot cheaper than when I bought it when it was released. In the UK you can now get it for 9.99 (or 7.50 in a bundle offer)and although not as modded as UT2004, there are some excellent mod’s available and there will soon be a massive influx of new downloadable expansions due to a competition that’s being run at present that’s worth a million dollars to the winners of the best mod/map for Unreal Tournament III. I love all the more recent Unreal Tournaments which include UT2003, UT2004 and UT3 (which can also be called UT2007)

I also received the Email about the offer.

Regards

I hate to start a new post for this, but wasnt sure where to post it. Anyway, I got an email with this and wanted to put it out here for anyone that is interested. I have read many reveiws that all speak highly of these games. I have thought several times about getting them and havent (out of trying to curb my spending and the many free games I have found here waiting for me to play them). Yet, this is making me think about it seriously.

From the page:
