I know Advanced System Care does and I think Tuneup Ulities do too but other than that there are not many. Advanced SystemCare Free v3 Portable Edition.</p> <p> I've been using Iobit smart defrag with very good results for a long time but I wasn't aware that Advanced SystemCare was available in portable format until now.</p> <p> The GUI might take some getting used to after using WinUtilities, however this is an exceptional program and worth the effort. It also has registry defragmentation which is always a good thing to run after cleaning.
