Each one does have differences and the 3rd one is probably the most challenging, at least for me. In the 3rd one, the European one, you put in monuments and parks, and you really have to watch the towns to make sure they stay on the positive side. It seemed to me that each game became progressively harder and to be honest, though I beat the first two games very quickly, the third one has a level that I'm having a really hard time beating.
