Your AV is doing a good job. They watch for keyloggers and other spyware. If you want such a program then you'll have to disable it before downloading and installing it. Then when you enable your AV, it will probably go nuts telling you that it found all those "Things" (LOL) so you'll have to allow each alert it shows you.

I downloaded twice & tried to install, once while AV was active & next after disabling it. DH.dll blocked by AV
