			<description><p>Hey clipper, that happens to me too.  I'm using XP Pro and simply click setup again which usually responds immediately.  I suspect a timing problem with my Norton Internet Security but I don't know how to fix it and I haven't bothered to try since it's such a minor thing.  I just accept the fact that most often I will have to click setup twice.
