			<description>&#60;p&#62;For those of you having issues getting it Apex to register. This worked for me on the 64 bit Vista Ultimate. Copy License key in the read me notepad plus the italics (:) paste it in the Register Name: Then copy the License key it self and paste it into the Register Code:&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Click ok and that should be it. Good Luck&#60;br /&#62;
Now its time top test it and see what it can do. Now if I could find one that did dvr-ms for free and it was simple.
