You are correct techman, I was rather tired when writing this quick synopsis. I had worked all night and decided to try to get it done and out of the way before I went to sleep.

I messed around with Card Spin for almost 45 minutes doing the same board albesir. I finally gave up and quit lol. I agree that this game is an excellent time waster because it's easy to get hooked and watch the minutes slip by without realizing.

Regards,
AH

Re: "you spin tiles with face cards on them in order to make the numbers add to 10". You had me puzzled until I realized you meant "non-face" cards....Right?
On the other hand, we (USA) can easily put several large boots in a small trunk, whereas you need a large boot to hold one small trunk. Here, face cards are jack (knave?), queen, and king.
Linguistic nitpicking aside, thanks for the link. I will try it later. It is 4am and time to "hit the hay".

so far I like it. It's really hard though, so you're right a hint button would be nice. Just let me know where 1 of the tiles is supposed to be and I'll be fine. And I'm not really sure saving helps that much for me, cause if I'm away for awhile I will probably just forget whatever I've already tried and basically have to start over. I keep getting to the last tile only to find out that one of the 2 of the cards don't match. Good time waster here, but it does take a lot of thought.

Today’s game is called Card Spin. Card spin is a simple puzzle game in which you spin tiles with non-face cards on them in order to make the numbers add to 10. There are 4 face cards on each tile, and nine tiles. The game sounds simple enough, but it is rather hard and requires quite a lot of thought. It’s easy to get going and think you’ve solved the puzzle only to get to the last few tiles and realize you’re stuck. Tiles can also be switched with each other by clicking on one tile, and clicking on the one you want to switch places with. Face cards are Ace-9.

There is nothing flashy about this game, but due to its challenging nature, I recommend it for a try. I realize this description and game is kind of short, but I’ve been rather busy and unable to sample many games. However, I have a few good games planned for the end of this week, so please forgive me for today’s lacking post.

Overall, I give the game a 7/10. I wish the game included a hint button, because I have a feeling that most of us could use it. The download is 1.6mb, which I find a little large considering there is no fancy graphics or sounds of any kind. The file size must be large because there are several different boards. The nice thing about this game is that it has the ability to save your game. I think this was an excellent move on the developer’s part. I can think of nothing more frustrating than to sit here for a long time working on one board and have to quit before solving it.
