Googled it and came up with it could be a chip(mostly used in automotive) or something with the zip file...Tech please!
Did you try both links? Regular and Mirror #1...

Hi, when I run the installation of ProjectDogwaffle I get following error message:
This SFX is damaged, please try download again.
Try downloading several times, to no avail?
Can any body please help?
