Sounds good to me. Must clearly state what timezone the repeat is offered. It would give people "on-the-fence" time to consider feedback from the forums in making their decision.

Based on the great game today(star blaze) I made a suggestion that I would like to get some feedback on. Is it possible at the end of the month to have everyone vote on what they thought was the best app/game of the month and that choice is put up for repeat download for 12 hours on the second day of the new month.
Just a thought.
