The X-Box 360 controller is a great controller to by for your pc because it has a usb plug on the end of it. You should be able to pick one up for around $20-30 at your local game store. If you want to be a little thrifty, I would suggest this one and buy used:

http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Rumblepad-Vibration-Feedback-Gamepad/dp/B0002XJBG4/ref=sr_1_36?ie=UTF8&s=pc&qid=1227882149&sr=1-36

This gamepad would cost you around $17 after shipping if bought from amazon. Really, I would suggest anything Logitech. They make quality controllers for pc's. My flight-stick is a Logitech.

Regards,
AH

Awesome, wizz! You're outdoing yourself. Can you please help educate a game/joystick dummy here. I saw that xpadder is a program to simulate key strokes using a joystick, which I've never purchased for the PC even though I've been playing games for years. Without spending a much (or minimal), what would you recommend for a basic PC-compatable joystick. I've often thought one would come in handy with other games I've played. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Today’s game is Aladdin from the Sega Genesis console. I wasted away many hours as a little boy playing this game. This is in the list of my all-time favorite games.

Aladdin is your basic platformer that loosely follows the story of Aladdin, the Disney movie. The graphics and music were way ahead of the rest of the games released along that time. Even today, the graphics still aren’t bad. This will be an excellent game for adults and children alike. Please share with your children and grandchildren.

I suggest this game be downloaded and played with xpadder, because I find the keyboard to be harder with this game. The download is very small, and should be downloaded by all! The game itself runs through an included emulator, just like Animaniacs that Whiterabbit gave away earlier.

I would recommend the first download link on the download page, because this is where I downloaded from.
