Disagreement on a speeding ticket. The offender wanted to dispute it with the of!ficer. Listen to the beginning and the officer told him that it was being recorded. (bet he didn't know that it was video taped too)! LOL

Thats still being studied. The Crown Vic even had a push bar (bumper guard) installed and thats what kept him on the hood LOL. I guess it must have been a freak bounce with the light weight of the cars rear end. Speaking of rear ends, this dude is a horses.
