I don't know anybody that has bought the program to check with them.</p> <p>I have tried emailing the youttubeget site but am not getting much help. They just told me that I had to download the latest program and would have to re-register and pay for it.</p> <p>They did agree that they have found this fault but have not helped me with any fix for it.</p> <p>Could anybody that has this problem post on here so that I can get back to them or let me know if there may be a way to fix it.</p> <p>Many thanks for reading </p>
