I know what you mean - I'm still very new to a lot of this stuff, and I admit I download most everything, even stuff that I may not know quite enough to really get full use out of yet, but for a $120+ value, I certainly don't want to skip it and later kick myself for doing so, when I find out down the road, its exactly what I need and is no longer available free. So a short "Here,in plain English, is a quick WHAT IT DOES..." would certainly be a help in deciding each day.

Hi guys, i have a thought. I dont know about anyone else who enjoys this site, but I am not what one characterize as computer smart. Although i would love to take advantage of many of these great programs, i am not always sure what they can be used for. My thought is, perhaps on the main page which displays the download of the day, there could be a short list of a few practical uses for that days particular software. That would, for myself and a few others i suspect, be VERY VERY helpful. I always click on the "more" option to read up more on the software, but find that sometimes, although i understand what it is and does, i cant think of a practical use for the software. Just my thoughts, wondering what anyone else thinks. :)
