Yes 2 times Firefox 3 has been giving me the error message "Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete". 6 to 7 day's a go but OK now. just Tell Firefox no & it OK.

oh. I thought you meant setting a cookie. if you stay connected to theforum long enough, the system will log you of and all too often it takes ckearing the cache on ff and a reboot plus a wait- I get thast. logging off every couple days and closing ff works best.

I must be. My problem is always the same - logging on to the forums.

For the last several days I have been having problems logging into the GOTD forums. No problem opening the forum homepage, the problem occurs when I try to login. I have had problems using both Internet Explorer 7 and Foxfire 3. Most of the time after typing in my username and password and hitting enter, I see a spinning wheel but nothing else happens. Browser action may come to a halt for 2 or 3 minutes. During the wait I may try logging in using the other browser or using a new tag in the original browser. Much of the time I am still not successful in logging in. At other times the new page opens right up. Firefox 3 has been giving me the error message "Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete".

Am I the only one having this problem?
