Here is a little racing game that I thought was fun. It's called GeneRally and I found it at freeware-game-downloads.com . Scroll down to find the download link.

GeneRally is a driving game that you play from the top view. It means that you can see the whole circuit on the same screen. The cars slide quite realisticly and that makes controlling quite hard. There are many different tracks and there is also a track editor included so you can even make your own tracks. You can also drive with many different vehicles, like monster trucks and formula1 cars (although I couldn't find them). This game is quite a lot the same as Slicks 'n Slide but this game is more compatible with newer computers and operating systems.

Alot of those free games have some sort of advertising, so when you run or close the program you get the advertisement. Not sure if that is case for your SI. Another thing you might have noticed when uninstalling software is the program or opens the web browser , so that you can fill out a form explaining why you uninstalled it. Lots of antimalware and antivirus programs pick these up as trojans, backdoor. I hav eone in quarantine right for All Media Grabber from here saying that the uninstaller is a Win32.SuspectCrc.I don't think GOAD gave us a bad file, it is just how the programming operates that these AV programs are hitting on. I guess you could call it a false positive, but it isn't so to speak. Behavior scanning is the next generation programming for AV and AM scanners.
One I am not sure about is a JPG from Race of the Lost Roads from GGOAD. Its says its a Exploit.JPG. I've heard that bugs can put in jpgs and bmp's.

As for a site to stay from to. Do not go to iwin.com to play any games or anything.
I was trying out games from there and got that one. It didn't actually hijack my system, but it tried. I think it was designed to sit there till a reboot or booting up before it changed the settings, because the real time didn't get it.
URL=http://ww.iwin.co/games/king kong Browser Hijack attempt

Sorry you had to go through all that Beaver to get rid of. I have had to do the same thing before. The really nasty ones I don't trust that it was actually removed.
Hey, did you try running Hijackthis and doing a virus removal using that programs and programs used with it,before going through all that trouble.

Hi again Beaver, I have heard quite a few people recommending nod32 now, is it free? I had AVG 8 which eventually refused to update or run a virus check, the only thing it kept doing was checking incoming emails. I have now got Avira but I had it at the beginning of the year and it eventually refused to update either. Probably because I'm on dialup!!

Pity you had problems with caiman.us, there are thousands of good games on that site.

It is night time here - 12.45 am to be exact and I'm too busy playing Farm Frenzy 2 to think of going to bed, lol.

@ NolafromNZ, Glad to hear that you've had good luck from this site. Guess I had bad luck on my first and only download from them. I downloaded Space Invaders and played it for quite awhile, but when I exited the game, all hell broke loose! I tried to contact caiman.us, but they had no contact information. I think it was a malicious script, but not sure. People have gotten it from browsing the web, and MySpace, among other places. One good thing came from it, it made me stop using Norton AV (lol)! I use nod32 now and I like it tons better. Have a good day, (or night).

Hi Beaver, that's very strange, that you got a virus from caiman.us. I must have downloaded at least 120 games from that site and have never received a virus from them. They have some wonderful games, and I have had a wonderful time downloading and playing these games. I have been downloading games from them over the past 4 months now.

BEWARE!! Just to let everyone know....I received a very bad virus from this site (caiman.us) about 3 or 4 months ago! I would suggest not going to this site. I tried everything to get rid of this virus for a week, and ended up having to format my hard drive. It's not worth the risk for ANY free game! I got it from "space invaders", but wouldn't download any games from this site! You can read up on this virus here: http://forums.superantispyware.com/viewtopic.php?p=7259&sid=e6bf440ef400b14543624040341bbbf7

I certainly don't replace Whiterabbit aka Stephen, but here's a game you might enjoy.

SUPER MARIO BROTHERS 2.5D

http://www.caiman.us/pageN.php?nr=1911&f=SuperMarioBros2.5d.zip

A nice 3D Super Mario game - 8 stages

If you love Mario fan games then you have to try this superb 3D platform game. A game in 3 worlds - 8 stages in total.

If you never played a Mario game, here some info how to play it:
* To kill the enemies just jump on their head.
* The question boxes can be opened by jumping up and hitting the bottom of it with your head. Most boxes contain a coin. If a yellow and red mushroom comes out, you will grow into the large Mario. Now you can get hit once and not die! If you hit a box as big Mario that would normally contain a "Power Up" mushroom, a Power Flower (Or Fire Flower) will appear. If you get it, you can now shoot fireballs! There are 2 other mushrooms; 1UP and Poison. 1UP gives you an extra life. Poison kills you.
* The blocks that look like many bricks stacked up can be destroyed the same way a question box can be unlocked. This can help for reaching secret areas.
* The green pipes sticking up out of the ground can have many purposes. Normal pipes do not do anything. Warp pipes (Marked with a white arrow) warp you to the next level. Piranha pipes contain Piranhas. They go in and out of the pipe and can only be killed with the Power Flower or a Koopa Shell.
* At the end of most levels is a flag. The higher up you hit the flag pole (On your first hit only), the more bonus points you get. When you hit the flag pole, you go to the next level.

Controls: (as far as I discovered)
Enter = start game
Arrows = move and jump
W, A, S, D = move camera
R, F = zoom
F4 = windows task bar on/off
Esc = exit game

-Webmaster who is NOT Whiterabbit aka Stephen.
