Okay, that question made me pause a moment. I had to remember you are from across the pond from me.

They are small plastic figures that dispense candy. Take a look at http://www.pez.com for the full effect!! They have quite a following.

Pez Dispensers. My husband has been collecting them going on 16 years and figures by the time the grandson is his age they might be worth something. Now he wishes he would have kept the ones he had as a kid. It started by accident - one here and one there and the next thing you know he's got hundreds!

The fun is in finding unusual ones.

I think he thinks it might have been a mistake because every birthday and every Christmas he get Pez from the kids!! Sometimes there isn't even a reason. He came home from work yesterday to find the daughter had bought him a collectors edition tin of three Pez celebrating Mickey's 80th birthday. She said it was on sale and knew he didn't have it!

I used to collect old coins and stamps. I'd love to recover my stamp collection and pass it on to my kids. I've been saving stamps for the past several years just in case the kids do get interested; but, with computing and the tech toys that are available these days it's unlikely I'll get them interested.

I used to collect comics but since I retired it has become a costly experience (both in buying and taking the bus to get to the big city).

I collect (and have been for +20 years) pens (gel and liquid ink) of various manufacturers (not special pens just run of the mill)

...what would it be?

I think I would collect old LPs, and LP players.

How about you?

I have some pretty decent comics I would be willing to trade if anyone is interested. Wolverine #1 that would easily grade a 9.8 (probably closer to 10.0) CGC rating. It's never been opened. of course i will give photos of any page/angle.
