Hi Carol and Jaddis,
Thank you very much for your help.
Yes system restore did not solve my problem.
I just deleted the shortcut icon only.
I have been wondering why there is no files left in Programme folder.
If you don't mind, let me get your suggestion.
At last I have to delete this PDF to Word Program.

Please will some one kindly help. I have downloaded jewel craft & even managed to
put a short cut on the desktop but it is a folder with a zip! What do I do next?

System restore will not restore program files.

It seems like the program has been deleted, as I have some .dll files and a couple of other files in my PDf to Word folder. I can only suggest a system restore.

Dear Carol,

Thank you very much for your suggestion. I have also tested the way you suggested me before I posted my question.
In C:/Program Files/PDF to Word, I found
(1)PDF folder
( inside it, there is only sample file in PDF format )
(2)manual
(3)settings
(4)uninstall 000

So I am at my wits end, how to open it. I'd like to get your suggestion.

The program is typically installed to C:/Program Files/PDF to Word, inside that folder you should see the pdf2word file to launch the program. Create a shortcut by right clicking on it and click on 'Send To > Desktop (create shortcut)'.

Dear Admin,

I have installed PDF to Word. Unfortunately, the desktop shortcut was deleted. Now I tried to open it from all program but there is nothing to open inside this folder just Internet Homepage and order now Internet link page only .
So would you mind telling me how to open this software to use?
