It could be the program doesn't like your computer, or it could be a sign of RAM problems. And by default it doesn't save you a lot of free RAM. But you can force it to save you a lot of RAM by CTRL-ALT-D (or change the settings for as much free RAM as you want too). Very nice when you are starting a new project and don't care about what is in the RAM and just swap the old into the swapfile.

thx Papa, but i tried this program for 5 min. and caused all kinds of memory errors. Didnt want to spend time troubleshooting so i just uninstalled and will buy more RAM.. seems the RAM boost with this software is negligible anyway. 2,3 MB gain? Big deal. no wonder its free

TweakRam Install:
ok you have cliked on the set-up, and the little window popped up with the username and key. Just for the moment, ignore this little window..(ignore it, do NOT close it), and proceed to install tweakram.

Once installed, the very FIRST screen that pops up for tweakram has an option to enter the code. Use this option now, refer back to the little window, copy and paste the username and the key. Once this is entered, continue on with the program. If you are still experiencing some concern, completely close and restart the program. The program defaults to the task tray, so make sure you "exit" the task tray icon and then restart.
I did not need to restart the program, it registered right away.

Hello

Can someone explain me something ( sorry but I'm French ) :
I've downloaded the package from giveawayoftheday, extracted the 2 files ( readme.txt and setup.exe ). I've read the txt file and launched setup.exe
It gives me the name and serial name for activating the software. But I thought that it installed the software too. But no, it gives only the activation code. Am I wrong ?

I had to download the software from the editor's site and install it. After that, I register the product without any problem ( the first time, I've forgotten to enter the name ).

Can someone help me ?

Sincerely.
