The only payment is that when you close the game down each time your browser is opened to the gametop site, though it's not hijacked. I downloaded Luxor from there and it did something interesting to my PC such that within a couple minutes of trying to run Luxor programs stopped opening*. You do have to watch brief commercials/ads, intermittently, but they are non-intrusive.
