Yeah, it would be nice to hear that you got it working. :). Make sure you download the demo as soon as possible though because quite often, the developers tend to give away versions that are older than the ones on their site. Or they may be in the process of updating the software. We end up with an older version very quickly. The developers then hope that we will upgrade. Yeah I know it's a slightly pessimistic view point, but still, it is true. :)

Hi Stephen,
Yes, I did download it from the mirror site with the same results. I think the problem may have been related to the fact that I was not an Administrator on my own computer (behavioral experiment, long story!). Anyway, I will definitely try your suggestion, and let you know if it works out. I won't be able to try this until tomorrow night or Tuesday. Thanks so much for replying -- hope it works!

Hi ya ya

The successfully activated part means that you have the registraion code embedded in the registry. What I suggest you do is go over to the developers site and download the demo version. Usually these work with the activation module. It's worth a try. Delete the folder you've already installed, but on no account use the uninstaller because that will probably wipe the registration code that the activation module has embedded.

I hope this works for you.

regards

Hi, I keep getting the following message when I extract the setup file and try to install the program. it starts ok, but then I get this message: ShellExecuteEx failed; code 1155. No application is associated with the specified file for this operation. Any suggestions???? I tried with both Firefox 3 and IE, with the same results!

Oh yeah, but I do get a message that says "Successfully activated" each time. Anyone out there know what that might mean -- thank you so much for any help!!!
