I doubt it's .NET 3 as Vista uses .NET 3....so best guess is just try that first and if it doesn't work, try the next version up (I'd think).

GDI+ is .Net component, but one question remains:
On what framework the software app (Ringtone Maker) was built on: .Net framework, .Net framework2 or .Net framework3?

They are all separate downloads...

If I understand correctly, GDI+ is a .NET component which has to be installed.

After downloading the Ringtone Maker program, it tells me that I'm missing GDIPLUS.DLL, and that I should reinstall the program. But the free deadline has passed. Can the project team assist here?
