Create a new user account at the setup wizard as requested an log in
with the emailed password. Click the "Convert coupon code" link at the bottom
of the following licenses screen and enter the code ,or try in Configuration > License > Convert coupon code, as per from Giveawayoftheday,[PS] they send you Email with Password go in to a-squared License then when it need coupon Convert it & you get one year.The coupon was in the zip.

I had a number of problems when I tried to install this program. I got the first part of the installation going and suddenly stopped it when it started to call home. The installation program froze and I had to use Task Manager to get out of the program.

I was unable to uninstall the program using Revo Uninstaller. I was also unable to install a new program. I had a number of other problems - details are not important. The fact is, I was stuck. I wrote a note in the forum and was able to get help almost immediately. I beat the 24-hour deadline.

Are you able to log onto the forum? If you can, that would be a great place to start.

I have installed a-squared anti-malware, and I created an account with emisoft. I received the password but when I tried to log in to Emisoft, it said my account did not exist. I have tried to contact Emisoft, but it looks like I need a valid account first.
Anybody got any ideas how to get my account to work? Thanks
