The missing Help file has been located, it's on their web site. I haven't gone through it entirely but so far it's been able to provide whatever information I need. Rating the content I would say "acceptable". As for customer satisfaction, given the hunt, I'd say "reserved". Not to thrilled about having to go online whenever the need to reference help arises, but I'll work around that by a copy & paste to Word followed by a Word to pdf convert. That uses less resources than saving the web page and the pdf search doc is better than on Word (if strapped I'll move the documentation to flash).

I noticed this too when I tried this program and I mentioned it in my review of this program on the comments page. After opening the program, it was the first thing I did was to click on the "Help" button and nothing happened but a few seconds of a spinning hour glass, then nothing. I too looked for the help file in the program folder and didn't find any and figured maybe it could be a broken link to their website where some help page would be, but nothing. It was the only bug I found. It should be taken as an important part of the download seeing a lot of people are not so computer inclined and might want to try this and have no way in knowing how.

It has not been included in the version you can download directly from their website either. Must be a bug in the program. If you need it, you could try their support site, the link is included in the about box.

After citing my thumbs up on today's GAOTD I've discovered it may have been a decision made in haste. After the program started I went to access the help file only to discover that it's missing! That documentation is in MemOptimizer.chm except MemOptimizer.chm is not in any of the programs files! Can anyone please advise?
