Gee, Bigun. Thanks for the reminder! I have so many programs I've gotten from GOTD that I've forgotten what does what! Topaz Moment was/is a good one!
Next I'll need some kind of directory listing everything with a brief recap of what it does!

Thank you - it was Topaz Moment. I did search for the program on GOTD but my keywords just didn't work well. I checked Topaz Moment's website and it was obvious that it is the correct software.

Several months ago (- may be as many as 5 or 6 months ago)a program was offered that enhanced movie frames frame by frame. Side by side before and after comparison photos where shown showing the degree of improvement that could be expected. The program received high positive marks when it was offered on GOTD.

I have a need for such a program. If I could locate the pgm I would gladly purchase it. Can anyone help me? Perhaps someone knows of a quality program with similar functions.
