			<description>&#60;p&#62;No, it's not a scam. Do you have a firewall that could be interfering with your connection?  Are you reading the Read File to make sure you're activating and setting up the software correctly?  I didn't have any problems with today's giveaway, but I know a lot of people were incorrectly copying the registration number.  They were either copying spaces after the number or weren't copying the entire number, so it wouldn't register.
