I uploaded the file that was flagged "nqnvbtr.exe" to Virus Total Online scanner and 50% of the AVs and anti-malware programs are detecting this file as a trojan. That's a high enough total for me to clean this program off of my computer and will try to notify Big Fish Games. I the chat now beta on the MY Account page and they fixed it and gave me a coupon for the credit that was used. If you have set express checkout it will automatically use your credits.
