If it is occurring over this weekend that might be a reason (not necessarily a good one)for no new download.</p> <p>The regular GOTD has had a rough past two or three months. I have noticed the same software being offered on GOTD also being offered on the other daily download sites. There must be a blue million plus one converters on the market. I have never used a video or sound converter but should I ever need one I can take my choice.</p> <p>Lately I have had problems with several of the GOTD offers either quit working without a notice why or quit after saying the trial period had expired. The last offer to do this was "RecentX". That must have been a 30-day trial. The RecentX program has not been updated recently. I think probably only a very few programs quit working if they are updated. I only remember seeing one offer where there was a caution on updating.</p> <p>I have downloaded some very nice programs from GOTD. I have even purchased a few after I lost them to a system crash or a .dll corruption or loss. Earlier today I looked back over the programs that I have downloaded from GOTD. I am grateful for the high quality programs such as Returnil, EAZ-FIX, EverNote, Maple, Mouse Robot, Glary Utilities Plus, etc. that I have downloaded from the GOTD website.
