You can get Help for CCleaner at http://forum.piriform.com check the setting Advanced don't if you not know wait it do,Autocomplete Form History it clean out pass word & saved form Information allso,Hotfix Uninstallers if you clean take out sp3 & it no good you can not go back to sp2 so test fist see if ok befor clean on Advanced read the help,don't clean out old Prefetch date,as for cookies & History it up to you hope this is of help.

that's the 'history' and probably cookie removal- can't you tell it not to?

I've been using CCleaner too, but have also discovered it removes the urls I use all the time and something else, forget what exactly. It sometimes cleans too much!

Thanks I been using CCleaner for a long time. Along with a few others, but I still use the disk cleanup utility, included with Xp and Vista, for more options.
