If you're wiley enough, there are ways of overcoming some losses, but in most cases, what would be the point anyway because most applications are constantly being updated. Virtually all giveaways come with no upgrades or technical help. (Just read the readme that comes with each giveaway, or look at the forums, theres a thread specific to what your wanting). There are a few 'very' kind developers who have waived this particular remit of the giveaway project, but out of the hundreds that have contributed since the project started back in September/October 2006 there are only a couple. I have a new machine and installed AMUST Rgistry Cleaner but can't register it. No response from their tech support. Any ideas in addition to using a diffrent product?
