I have an Athlon processor (dual core Athlon 3.2GHz - not overclocked yet) and an NVidia card (NVidia 8800GTS 640MB.</p> <p>I've posted a couple of suggestions in the forums, but as they probably wont show for several hours I'll repeat them here. Check for updates to your graphics drivers (I think someone has mentioned that above) and try defragging your drive. If it's severly fragmented it an cause problems. These are only suggestions though. I have been downloading and enjoying GOTD and its sister site GGOTD for over a year. If the zip file has more than just setup.exe I always read the readme file to see which comes first because they aren't all the same.</p> <p>I am sure this bug has something to do with the AMD processor or the graphics card (Mine is NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nforce 430 with driver 6.14.11.6258 for the techs trying to figure this out.)</p> <p>There are still a couple things I haven't tried: rebooting, or uninstalling and reinstalling with minimal background programs.
