<description>&#60;p&#62;Many of them are question &#38;#38; answer comment pairs - changing the order due to some arbitrary rating will make them harder to understand.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;People respond to questions and other comments by referring to the comment number - resorting the comments will make the referenced comment numbers meaningless.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Also many people return to the comments every few hours to read new comments since their last &#34;visit&#34;. If the order keeps changing - this becomes impractical.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Perhaps having an option where the user can choose which sorting - by user rating, or by original comment order (time) might work for both groups of people.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Personally - I would like to be able to exclude and not display any comments with a rating below a threshold value.
