One was former baseball manager Casey Stengel, who was famous for his baseball savvy. And even more famous for his off the beaten path way of expressing it. So much so, that his longer rambles were dubbed "Stengalese", and he, "the Old Perfesser". Always colorful, and often quite canny:</p> <p>Describing the difference in talent between two players:<br /> "See that fellow over there? He's 20 years old. In 10 years he has a chance to be a star.
