Thanks for your advice tichan and BillW50. I do have internet connection, but due to the work I do on the computer in question it is not allowed to connect to the internet. I suppose I'll have to make do with trialling it on my laptop.

Blackrat, if you don't have internet at home but you have a phone line...please use http://www.greatdialup.com as it's free...if I remember correctly, NetZero and Juno may still offer limited amounts of free service as well.

I would be careful with what you say, tjchan. As there is a fine line between how installs works vs. illegal activity.

As for you Blackrat, may I ask why your main computer doesn't have an Internet connection? I don't know where you live or anything, but if it's in the US, it is dirt cheap to have Internet access in most areas. And I can't see having a computer without an Internet connection actually. Well a general purpose one anyway which is the reason for most users.

All this software is really not truly free.

1. You have to install the day you get it.
2. You can never re-install it should the need arise
3. You have to have an internet connection just to be able to load it.

Which brings me to my issue. My main computer does not have an internet connection, so I can not install any of the software. Does anyone have a work around.
