Once you double click, a new window will pop-up. Please close the search window and just leave the PCCTOOL open. Go to the UNINSTALL tab and click on 4.UNINSTALL button. This will start uninstalling your program. Restart your computer after uninstallation. You could also try using software like sysinternals/autoruns to disable any service/drivers/executable that launches at boot time, but this can be tricky, especially for drivers. But if no one knows the details to remove it. I think I found most of the registry entries and services. How do you delete a service? I already disabled it. How do you remove entries from the registry? I have worked with the registry before, but I am not allowed to delete these, even in safe mode. Right now they can not use the internet, it is locked up until I can fix this. When I tryed to uninstall it, it asked for a password. They had no idea what the password was, so I tryed deleting everything in safe mode. When I try to install another antivirus, it says the previous one is still installed. It appears that there some services that I need to delete, I disabled them but that is not enough. Also there are some things in the registy that I can not delete even in safe mode. Does anyone have any ideas?
