Hi.
Can you tell us what version of Windows are you running?
Do you connect through some proxy server?
Is there any other Antivirus software installed on your PC?
Is that your home PC? Is it connected to some local area network or something like that? How do you connect to the internet?

hi,

i've been visiting here for quite sometime and i really loved this website. what have been making me really upset is that i've never once successfully get to activate the software before. it's always prompting error. initially they were talking about my firewall. now i've uninstalled norton antivirus and yet another error prompts - activation module failed to connect.....( i am connected to the internet and not behind any firewall i believed). this is really putting me off and yet i still pin some hope to get these done. i've tried searching in this forum but cant really find a solution to it. please help~
