I think, we had a thread with sites for online conversion in the past?!
not sure though, if its been here , alas here are those that i have used in the past:

there must be tons of other sites, but since i have found the freeware version of Any DVD Converter, i dont use any online converters anymore:

(you need to scroll down to the bottom to find the freeware version)

they have an extra button for youtube vids on their userinterface.
