It has a list of ON &#38; OFF buttons that do not stay ON after exiting the program. Running Windows XP Home sp2. I do not normally have any problems with downloads from this site. I've been trying to figure this out all day with a couple of uninstalls but nothing makes it work. On the download page I noticed that at least 2 others had the same problem but I've not found an answer. Any help out there? Thanks </p>
