I've used the Email and postal (zip) code that I gave when requesting the single and the thing is still trying to connect. It may be that it's one of thoseoffers limited to the US. (just a suggestion) as licencing laws differ from country to counttry. I happen to like coldplay and have quite a few MP3's by them. If I don't get it Cest la Vie.
