Some one in the comment list on the download/review page suggested that it was possible that a shared dll file could be the problem conflicting with another program. Which might be the case because today just after I posted my problem I went to use a 15 day trial version of Blaze Media Pro and with still 10 days left of the trial the video portion wouldn’t work? I take it I must've deleted a shared file when I first uninstalled the Plato program. I was able to run a repair on the Blaze Media Pro. I'll have to pass on the Plato program for now because I need the Blaze for a project I'm working on and can't seem to find a decent freeware wmv editor to extract segments of wmv video files. If you know one let me know. Again thanks, you guys do a great job. I think gaotd is one of the best sites. No matter if I need the program or not, I always enjoy trying new stuff. Even got me out of a jam a few times on some projects...

I seem to be having a problem with Video to 3GP part. I was able to use the DVD to 3GP with no problem but when I click on the video to 3gp all I get is a blank main interface window. No buttons no words no menu just a blank frame with the words Plato video to 3gp Converter on the top red border frame. I’ve uninstall it and reinstalled 3 times now and even twice downloaded the trial version from the company site and still had the same results. Am I the only one having this problem, I’m I missing something here? I hope to get some answer because I could use this.
