(Due to the late hour, I didn't know if this would make it into the user comments on the offer page, so I repeated the following text here.)

I loaded this on both a Windows XP and a ME system. The XP installed & ran OK.

Under Windows ME, installing went OK; however, whereas running "Bulk Image Downloader" was OK, running the "Bulk Image Downloader Queue Manager" consistently caused my system's USER RESOURCES to drop to nothing/zero from which I could not recover.

Once USER RESOURCES bottom out for a few seconds in Windows 9x/Me then further normal use of the computer is typically futile.

I tried to CTRL-ALT-DEL, and request that Bulk Image Downloader be terminated, or another time simply request a system shutdown, but either method still resulted in a hung system (although I could still move the mouse cursor around).

My only option was a forced power-down then a fresh Start (and let ScanDisk automatically run to fix any potential disk errors due to the lack of a proper shutdown).

On another attempt at running I exited/closed/terminated every non-essential process (including anti-virus) leaving pretty much a bare-bones OS which left GDI Resources at 94% and USER Resources at 99%. I then launched the Queue Manager and watched as the USER Resources once again go to zero.

(OK, the one utility I then ran to view the % resources was TaskInfo by http://www.iarsn.com , a utility somewhat like Microsoft's Sysinternals Process Explorer. Like PE, it's excellent for troubleshooting issues.)

Due to encountering this problem towards the end of the offer period I haven't yet tried this application on a web site -- I wanted to try and get this comment submitted. I'm hoping that (on the Windows ME system installation) the Queue Manager is not necessary.

Hopefully this can be resolved and BID offered again after implementing some of the prior feature and fix suggestions of others.
