Hi debbiesg, your post confuses me somehow.
It may not be enough to play the game, like triphammer said, you have to activate each game.
Furthermore it seams, you have tried to update your ggotd-games - that's a NO-NO ! Please READ the READ-ME and follow the instructions.

They were activated because I had played them. Sorry but off the top of my head I can't remember which games they were. Actually the first time I noticed it happen was when a game giveaway sounded familiar and I checked and I had already gotten it from this site and when I checked the game it was in demo mode so I redownloaded it from this site.

It sounds like you never activated the game. In some cases, the GOTD is not only running the setup.exe file but also an activation.exe file. Those games you've noticed may be a case where you only ran the setup.exe file and never really activated the game to full version.

Depends on the game too... Which games have you noticed this happened with? It may be a sign of a problem for that software. I'm sure some ppl here may have the same game installed, and can prolly verify whether the game reverted back for them too.

I have been coming here for quite some time. I noticed the other day when I went back to play some of my older games that they are now demo instead of full like when I got them from you. Is this a normal thing? Why is this happening? Thank you.
