Thanks for the tip.. have downloaded the 3 I didn't have. One thing I must say, since I did get the Burning Studio previously offered on GAOTD, I have gotten several emails from them offering different programs. One was kind of funny.. they asked me what I wanted to pay for a program!

Rich, the answer is YES... and a different serial code for each package. The process isn't very intuitive and is designed to push their $$ products several times in an incredibly awkward series of steps. I'm not complaining, mind you, because in the end, you get full free packages. It's just that I spent an HOUR installing all 4 appls... bouncing back and forth from the install steps (which is where you also start the process to get those serial codes), to the web site, to my newly created account, to email and back to the appl to enter the code and register. Just warning that you really have to read everything carefully and watch which buttons you press. The email gives you both a password and the code and you need the password to get into your account. AGGGHHHHH
Okay, part of the hour (about a minute and a half) was spent installing Bubby's FairUse appl and GAOTD's Age of Japan, but you get the picture. BTW, beware the attempt made by one of the installs to install a search toolbar. TIP- your password is the same for each (because you only have 1 account) so you can skip checking all the emails after the first because you can simply relogon and copy the correct serial code in your account (there's a handy archive created to which each is added... click the Registration Code button on the left navbar inside your account)

"sometimes receive emails from readers who can't obtain a serial code. Please note that all the information required to do so is printed within the magazine."

The download link says something about a serial code. Do these programs need a code after download?
