			<description><p>Try checking your proxy settings. The activation module accesses <a href="http://www.giveawayoftheday.com/activate/?id=XXXX" rel="nofollow">http://www.giveawayoftheday.com/activate/?id=XXXX</a> Where XXXX is the id of today's giveaway. So today the id would be 2517 (you can check by hovering your mouse over the download link, and the id is the last four digits of the link). Try it in IE. If you get a few characters of gibberish it means that your computer can connect to the activation site, but the activation module is refusing to.</p>
<p>@MASA: These days the packages don't seem to include activate.exe. Instead there are more setup.exe files. (At least, not in the past three days.)

			<description><p>This is the third time in approximately one week that I have repeatedly gotten this error message. Is there a problem with the server, the client machine (me), or is the server overloaded?</p>
<p>I spent quite a bit of time trying to find out if I am the one that is the problem. It would be helpful to know if the problem is with the server or with the client.
