When you insert a device to your computer, the program will ask if you want to build the cache. Select yes and wait until the process is completed. Then there will be a tick at the device icon in the small space. Try it again and see if it works.

&#60;p&#62;However, xp 32 bit maximum you want is 4gb, 64 bit as much as you wish.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;xp 32 bit only shows up 3.25-3.5 gb memory.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I have tried this application as to see what the hype was about before when I had 1gb ram and not as good as it says.
