Obviously a home user will have different requirements and technologies used in their network - and their skills and training may be different.</p> <p>You are probably having many users just bypass your product because they see the existing page and believe (incorrectly?) that this product isn't aimed at them. </p> <p>Expecting them to download UltraAdmin and just work with it till they can discover how to punch this apparently "square peg" into their "round hole" home network is unlikely to happen when the product description is clearly aimed at managing a larger corporate network setup that they don't have.</p> <p>Having a "UltraAdmin for home networks" page - might give the product some relevance, and encourage users browsing your site to "give it a shot", instead of a 15 second read and "it's not for me" response.</p> <blockquote><p>Our webmaster will be clarifying things shortly - we apologize for any confusion.</p></blockquote> <p>Good idea. However, when I saw that it is free, I thought about people on home networks who might want something a little more robust than what Microsoft offers for its home users. I am assuming that this programme offers the capability for more direct access to networking services and provides more detailed reports than are offered in the standard home user version of Windows. I am also assuming that this is not intended for the casual user. There is nothing on this web page to indicate that "networking" does not also refer to home networks.
