I have found similar problems with both games, but never the -"User lib not found" message. I found that logging off and logging back in allows you to play either one. It is a pain and I would like to see if somebody has a better "fix" (I don't dare call my a fix).

If you have tried to run them after rebooting the system then the problem is something worse and way beyond my computer knowledge.

I was happy to see two games I was interested in back-to-back! I loaded and played both games. Then, today I tried accessing SkyAces and got this message-"User lib not found". Tried Am. Billards and got message-"Memory Access Violation". Other games play fine. Both of these games were downloaded to c:/games and have their own subfolders. Thought it was interesting that each had the same icon, "rocket". This is making me wonder if they were sharing or writing to the same location and corrupted each other.

I have not downloaded or installed anything since getting these programs. I am running XP Media Center OS. Checking out drive XP suggests I defrag. Any suggestions on recovering these programs or have I lost these games? Thanks for the help!
